"Hidden among the quartz and leaf litter of Brazil’s ancient plateaus, this sapphire-threaded spider vanishes and reappears like a secret. Locals call it the ‘Diamond Weaver’—a flash of blue that marks the border between day and dusk."
Collection: Arachnicolor
Overview
Dolichothele diamantinensis is a dazzling dwarf terrestrial species revered for its intense iridescent blue coloring and compact stature. Comparable in brilliance to the Green Bottle Blue but in a more delicate frame, this species spins heavy silk curtains and prefers tight, elevated retreats.
Though small, its presence is bold. This tarantula is best suited for experienced keepers or confident intermediates who enjoy observing web architecture and rapid, precise movement in a richly colored specimen.
