Refund and Return Policy

Invert-Labs LLC. ("Invert-Labs," "we," "our," or "us") sets forth the following policy regarding returns and refunds. By purchasing from Invert-Labs, customers ("you" or "customer") acknowledge and agree to abide by this policy in its entirety.

1. Dry Goods and Husbandry Supplies

Invert-Labs permits the return of dry goods and husbandry supplies. Eligible items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when shipped from our facility. Customers must initiate a return request within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt.

Return Procedure:

Customers must contact our customer support department via email to initiate a return.

Upon approval, a Return Authorization (RA) number will be issued.

Returns without a valid RA number clearly indicated on the shipping label will not be accepted.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on the part of Invert-Labs.

Refunds will be processed within fifteen (15) business days following receipt and inspection of returned items.

Invert-Labs reserves the right to refuse returns or to issue partial refunds if items are not returned in acceptable condition.

2. Live Animals

All live animal sales are strictly final. Due to the sensitive and specialized nature of these animals, no returns or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances other than those explicitly outlined within the Dead On Arrival (DOA) policy detailed below.

3. Dead On Arrival (DOA) Policy

Invert-Labs guarantees live arrival of animals only if the following conditions are met:

The customer must notify Invert-Labs within two (2) hours of delivery via email, providing clear photographic evidence of the deceased animal.

All claims submitted after the two-hour window will be summarily denied.

Invert-Labs reserves the right to request the return of the deceased animal.

Invert-Labs may offer a replacement of equal value or issue a credit to the customer's account at our sole discretion.

4. Limitations and Exclusions

Invert-Labs shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the purchase or use of any product, whether dry goods or live animals. The customer acknowledges that they have read and understood this policy before making any purchase from Invert-Labs.

5. Amendments and Modifications

Invert-Labs reserves the right to alter, amend, or modify this Refund and Return Policy at any time without prior notification. Customers are responsible for reviewing this policy periodically for any changes or updates.
